Easing legal and administrative obstacles in border regions

This study was part of a wider cross-border review launched by the Commission in 2015 and focussed on legal and administrative cross-border obstacles across Europe. The main content of the report is the inventory of obstacles, in which 240 obstacles were identified, systemically described and categorised. The outputs of the study were workshops with stakeholders, good practice case studies and examples, and recommendations. In total, 12 case studies were conducted across Europe.
